I felt called to learn more, to understand this energy, and to share it with others. I immersed myself in studying Reiki, training under various teachers, and deepening my spiritual practice. Reiki became my anchor, my guiding light, and eventually, my life’s work. How Crystals Became a Part of My Healing As I deepened my practice, I discovered the powerful role that crystals played in energy work. I experienced firsthand how certain stones amplified healing, supported emotional release, and helped me feel more grounded. This led me to open One With Earth, not just as a crystal shop, but as a space where people could find the tools they needed to support their own healing journeys. Every item in my shop is intentionally chosen to bring balance, protection, and empowerment to those who feel called to them. The Power of Sound Healing As I continued working with energy, I was drawn to sound healing—another profound way to shift energy and restore balance. The vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other sound instruments create a deep energetic clearing, allowing for relaxation, release, and transformation. While I incorporate sound into some Reiki sessions to enhance the healing experience, my full sound healing sessions take place during group sound baths and events. These immersive experiences are designed to guide you into deep relaxation, helping you release stagnant energy and reconnect with yourself in a profound way.
