Service Description

This is a 75-minute energy healing session designed to support stress reduction, deep relaxation, and energetic alignment. It works on both the surface and deeper levels of your system—addressing your energy field, emotional state, and overall balance. During our time together, we begin with a brief check-in to understand what’s been present for you. From there, you’ll lie down and relax as I work within your energy field using Reiki. As I move through your energy centers, I’m actively assessing, clearing, balancing, and aligning your system—working with areas of energetic blockage, emotional holding, and imbalance. This session can support the release of: • Built-up stress and tension • Stagnant or blocked energy • Suppressed emotions such as fear, anger, or overwhelm • Lingering energetic attachments or residual energy that no longer support you Each session is responsive to what your system needs, while guiding your body into a deeper state of relaxation so your nervous system can settle and your energy can restore its natural flow. This work is both energetic and intuitive. As I work, I gather information through your energy field—bringing awareness to patterns, emotional holding, and areas that need attention. I also work with your spiritual support, including your guides and angels, to support the session. At the end, I’ll share what I observed within your energy—offering clarity around what was present, what shifted, and how to move forward with more awareness.
