My Journey
Before my first energy healing session, I was living with constant anxiety and taking antidepressants. I wasn’t in the middle of a crisis, but I felt lost — like I was just moving through the days without truly living them.
In 2015, I walked into my first energy healing session without knowing what to expect. The session itself felt uncomfortable, and I couldn’t wait to leave. But the moment I stepped outside, everything changed. It was as if the world exhaled, and so did I. I felt love — real, unconditional love — for the first time in my life. I felt connected to everything around me, like I could see the invisible threads tying it all together.
This was an awakening, and my first thought was: I want everyone I know to experience this.
At the time, I didn’t know Reiki was something you could learn. When I discovered it was, I dove in — training with multiple teachers, taking as many classes as I could, and practicing at every opportunity. Around that same time, crystals entered my life. What began as a personal connection to their beauty and energy became an integral part of my practice and my own healing. Over time, this passion grew into my crystal shop — a space to share these tools and their magic with others.
Eventually, I was asked to teach Reiki. Stepping into the role of teacher deepened my commitment to this work. I saw the ripple effect it created in my students’ lives — not just in their energy, but in the way their lives began to shift and open.
Then, people began asking for sound baths. Before I even formally trained, I knew deep down it was something I was meant to share. Becoming a sound healer allowed me to guide groups, hold space for more than one person at a time, and weave Reiki into each experience — creating layered, multi-sensory healing journeys.
The Akashic Records found me in a similar way — a long-held desire to offer readings finally meeting the right tool at the right time. When I began working with the Records, it felt like another door opening, perfectly aligned with my path.
And now, breathwork. I had been drawn to it for years, especially to the work of David Elliott, whose book The Reluctant Healer was one of the first I read when I began Reiki. My first breathwork session was intense — energy moved all around me, tingling filled my hands, and waves of color and vision came alive. I left feeling blissful, clear, and completely transformed.
Now, I guide others through breathwork, often blending it with energy healing. I’ve witnessed deep releases, profound transformations, and moments where people reconnect with themselves in ways they didn’t think were possible.
This work is powerful, raw, and life-changing — and each time I hold space for someone else’s breakthrough, something in me expands too.
I do this work because it has shifted, changed, and transformed my life in ways I never thought possible. Every modality — Reiki, crystals, sound, the Akashic Records, and breathwork — has been a piece of my own healing. I walk ahead, keep learning, and invite others to step forward with me.
We are all evolving, always being called into the next version of ourselves. The path may ask for courage, clarity, and trust, but it also offers freedom, alignment, and transformation. I’m here to hold space for that journey — so you can step into who you are becoming with an open heart and a grounded sense of self.
